Opulence and simplicity define a restaurant for a new class of luxury seeker

Daylight floods into Mökki, the all-day restaurant within The Ritz-Carlton, a newly built hotel in Nur-Sultan, capital of Kazakhstan. The brand is playful and bursting with character; signature hand-painted brush marks in soft pastels are derived from traditional Kazakh embroidery.
The restaurant design feels both grand and relaxed; the stand-out feature is a series of delicately finned columns that fan out across the ceiling in a magical, forest-like tracery of extraordinary geometric precision. This is a destination restaurant for Nur-Sultan's rising elite and the city's demanding international visitors.
