Brasserie Blanc set us three challenges for its interior evolution: attract a younger, informal crowd; support customer expectations of food and price; create an environment of restful simplicity.
Our response was a home away from home – a space so relaxed it felt like the family home lived in by generations of the Blanc family. Each of its room-like zones offered a different restaurant experience, brought to life through the kind of utilitarian objects and prized possessions that families tend to accumulate. Guests loved the idea of choosing a Blanc family style to match their mood or the time of day.
