The hotel wanted to be pre-eminent for food and beverage across Jordan’s capital city. So we took the time to understand the local market and the opportunities provided by the architecture and layout. It wasn’t simply a matter of bringing in brilliant ideas from elsewhere, we tuned every aspect of the offer to the needs and expectations of the audience. We created something unique to the Fairmont.
