A restaurant within an architecturally significant building (Grade II listed) and views of the Houses of Parliament demands special treatment. The owner, Marriott, believed it deserved its own standalone brand.
Our brief to create a quintessentially English drinking and dining experience covered everything from strategy and F&B positioning to identity, menus, packaging, and uniforms. For the interior we teamed oak, leather, and brass with quirky yet classic English details. We gave the restaurant an aura of eccentricity and easy English charm. With its stunning views and first-class food, Gillray's is a natural showcase for the best of British produce.
