The Gorgeous Kitchen was a blank sheet: an empty shell in a newly built terminal, and an exciting culinary collaboration between four accomplished female chefs. This was a dining concept we could work up from first principles – one that reflects the personalities of the chefs, the other-worldliness of the airport departure lounge, and the expectations of premium diners.
Our response was a modern take on femininity: warm yet refined with a touch of the ethereal. The Gorgeous Kitchen is intimate, peaceful, escapist. In that pre-flight, time out of time, The Gorgeous Kitchen restores mind, body, and soul.
